Our signature dish

Entrecôte Café de Paris

If one dish sums up BARAVÁN without a single speech, it is this one: entrecôte cooked to your liking with its Café de Paris sauce, rich, creamy and with that French touch that hooks you. Proper bistro cooking that never lets you down: well-cooked steak, sauce to mop up with bread and the urge to order it again.
